Return & Refund policy
- No refund for delivered products: We do not offer refunds for products that have been delivered.
- No return and exchange: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.
- Queries and Concerns: If you have any queries regarding the products you have received, kindly reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours through WhatsApp at +91 9894302219 for easy communication.
- Damaged or Mismatched Products: In the event of any damage or mismatch in delivered products, please provide images and videos as per the request of our customer support team. We aim to address such issues within 48 hours. Additional images or videos may be requested to understand the complaint and facilitate resolution.
- Non-Eligibility for Replacement or Refund: Once an order is packed and dispatched, and if it is returned to the origin, it is not eligible for replacement or refund.
- Damage in Transit: If a product is damaged in transit, we will replace the damaged product based on the packing terms and conditions. For live plants, replacement confirmation will be provided by our customer support team. Please note that plants in plantable condition are not considered damaged. Shipping charges may apply for product replacements.
- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations of orders, charges are applicable, and they must be requested on the same day as the order date. Once the order is packed and dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
